Neus Giné


Neus has extensive career experience in International Finance, Business Development and Investment Management. Most recently she specialized in creating and managing real estate REITS. With her strong educational background and high level of leadership experience she has, successfully driven many real estate projects to profitable completion. Neus holds a B.A. in Economics from the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona, a Master’s Degree in Finance from EAE Business School and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Juan Manuel Morante


Juan Manuel has over twenty years of experience in international Administration and Finance. During eight of those years he specialized in real estate. With his vast international experience, vision and foresight he developed expertise in tax planning, financing and project development throughout Europe, Central America, Africa and Southeast Asia. Juan Manuel has a B.S. in Business and Master’s Degrees in Financial Administration, Urban Planning and Administration of Real Estate and an Executive Education Certificate from IESE Business School.

Fatima Duarte

Asset and Marketing Manager

Fatima manages the planning and execution of our marketing campaigns. She began her professional career working in various sectors including retail administration, tourism and real estate in several European countries. With her international experience and strong intercultural relationships, Fatima developed her career as a highly skilled Marketing Manager. Fátima has a degree in Business Administration, Public Relations and Marketing from ESERP and a Business Degree from Staffordshire University.

Verónica Moreno

Operations assistant

Verónica is in charge of asset management in Valencia. He has experience in various fields, including design and commercial and administrative management in retail and wholesale markets. Verónica has worked in different countries in South America, Oceania and Europe. Since arriving in Spain, Verónica joined the Valencia team. Verónica is valued for her great work and results.

Noemí Rosario Faz


Noemi has over 15 years of experience in corporate accounting and administrative management. She specializes in Cost Control of companies in the real estate sector; and Administrative Management of various group enterprises. Noemi is highly skilled in cash flow management and budget analysis. She uses her skills to search for better, more economical and more efficient ways of improving the management processes and adapts them to the specific needs of our company.

Ofer Lior


Ofer’s expertise is real estate. He leads our commercial activity in Spain and is responsible for Strategic Planning and Implementation. Ofer is the key to identifying optimal business opportunities in order to expand the company’s footprint throughout Spain. Ofer also has extensive experience in entrepreneurship and commerce in diverse sectors of global markets. He began his professional career by establishing an international distribution company focused on the United States and South America. Ofer has a degree in International Business from The Open University.

Liron Sason


Liron has been an entrepreneur and businessman for over a decade. He divides his time between Tel Aviv and Spain. Liron’s real estate activity began in Israel approximately 5 years ago when he co-founded Value Real (formerly “Nadlan Barcelona”) with Ofer Lior. Liron oversees NextPoint’s business strategy and business development. He also manages the company’s branch in Israel. Liron’s business holdings include interests in the food and travel industries. Liron has a degree in Business Administration from The Open University.
